Yearly Requirements for ISPS Directors

National Directors:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a yearly strategic plan that aligns with ISPS's global mission and goals.

  2. National Event Management: Organize and successfully execute national tournaments, ensuring adherence to ISPS rules and protocols.

  3. Performance Review: Conduct annual reviews of State/Local Directors, providing support and feedback for their development.

  4. Representation: Act as a representative of ISPS in national and international forums, promoting the sport and organization.

  5. Annual Reporting: Submit an annual report detailing the year's activities, achievements, challenges, and financial status.

  6. Training: Attend and contribute to yearly ISPS training events and conferences.

State Directors:

  1. State Event Management: Organize and successfully execute state-level tournaments, ensuring adherence to ISPS rules and protocols.

  2. Local Director Management: Oversee Local Area Directors within the state, providing support and guidance.

  3. Community Engagement: Actively engage with local communities, promoting the sport and ISPS.

  4. Annual Reporting: Submit an annual report detailing the year's activities, achievements, challenges, and financial status to the National Director.

  5. Training: Attend yearly ISPS training events and conferences.

Local Area Directors:

  1. Local Event Management: Organize and successfully execute local tournaments, ensuring adherence to ISPS rules and protocols.
