Luis Figueroa from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico is named the 2019 ISPS Director of the Year.

Through his hard work and dedication to the sport of slow pitch, Luis has earned this award.  "He is an amazing human-being and a great friend" said Commissioner Manuel T. Ferrero III.  "We have many plans for the future with Luis.  I'm truly happy to have him on our team.  He is truly one of a kind"  Ferrero continued.

Luis Figueroa is currently the ISPS Mexican National Director and has been in charged of the biggest ISPS Tournament in Mexico, the SELECTIVO NACIONAL, for the past two years.
