After an unsuccessful attempt to travel to last year's World Championships in November, the Club Team from Nicaragua, LOS HIJOS DEL REY, attempt one more time to participate in the 2020 Winter World Championships this coming March.

Last year some of the players were not granted VISA status to travel to the United States and therefore the team was not able to participate.

This year they are hopeful to qualify and participate.

We are also asking the slow pitch softball community for any new or used equipment to donate to the team once they make it to the US so they may take back home and use the equipment to improve their talents and continue to grow the sport in Nicaragua.
