In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the ISPS Post-COVID19 Task Force releases a new Director Financial Assistance Program Grant (DFAPG) to help directors in financial need.

Commissioner Manuel T. Ferrero III commissioned the Post-COVID19 Task Force to come up with a plan to help those Directors that have been faced with financial hardship due to the COVID19 Pandemic.

"We must help our fellow slow-pitch softball directors around the world," said Commissioner Ferrero.  "Most, if not all, are currently finding themselves having to cancel their events due to this unprecedented time we find ourselves in" continued the Commissioner.

Annual ISPS Director Fees are around $500 USD and cover most liability insurance requirements, event marketing, website costs, branding fees, tournament bids, and more.

"I am confident that the task-force will come up with a comprehensive plan that will help all directors facing financial distress right now" finished Ferrero.

The DFAPG has been developed to assist those directors who currently find struggling financially due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ISPS plans to release the plan and guidelines in the coming weeks.
