What positions do you play and what is your best position?
Infield / 3rd

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
All around I'd have to say Wegs or KP

Why do you like the game of softball?
I love the game because its more than just slowpitch softball. Its a way to compete, meet new people, see new places and enjoy what the game offers.

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
There is a lot of great players, new and old, but i'd have to give this one to my boy Josh Fyffe. Dude flat out strokes and gloves it.

What is your height and weight?
5'10" 225lbs

Where do you call home?
Cecil County, MD

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
I love being out on the boat fishing and relaxing.

What do you do for a living?
I work for Nationwide Mortgage Bankers.

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Yeah I played football, baseball and wrestled. I played some semi-pro ball when I graduated but then transitioned right into softball.

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
I was playing locally with a D team from DE called Paint Dr, when my buddy Erik Curry picked me up to play with a team out of VA called Burch Propane with guys like Lee Bowls etc. and it went from there.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
I think the pitching and the level of intelligence from the players. Knowing how the game goes and how to set up a defense etc.

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
I think the run we made 2 years ago with La Famigilia finishing 3rd at A worlds, then 5th at the AA world and then placing top 10 in the Major as an A team.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Practice Practice Practice. Learn the game, put the time and work in on the off season. Set goals.

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
I swing a 26oz endloaded bat. My grip is one pinky off the bottom with one finger overlap on top.

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
I take BP 3-4 days a week and try to stay healthy and in the gym.

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
I'm a big 49ers fan and Orioles.

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
I love the Toys for Tots in Palm Springs, CA and the Smoky Mt Classic.

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
I enjoy Columbus OH complex a lot
