PGS AUSTRIA NEWS: Only the brave!

On Saturday, 20.06.2020, a few brave souls from PGS and Hangdogs met up to play some softball, despite bad weather and even worse forcasts.

At about 3 pm 15 players gathered at the Highlander´s “Martin Schütz” field. A few beers later, the rain stopped and everybody got ready to play some ball.

3 Teams of 5! Doubleplays & Homeruns!

After forming 3 Teams with 5 players each, they got the games rolling. The innigs were action packed. Good defense and even better offense made for some spectaular (double)plays and several out of the park homeruns.

The weather stayed dry and allowed the teams to play 2 games till 7 pm.

Lukas Maas, GM of PGS – Softball, said: “It was a whole lot of fun and good exercise. The Teams showed great chemistry and sportsmanship.”

Most players stayed after the games to celebrate the birthday of teammate Gregor M. till late into the night.
