Paducah, Kentucky - Due to COVID 19 ISPS was not able to present Larry Poyner with his award for being named the 2020 ISPS DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR.
To avoid leaking the information and ruining the surprise, Mr. Poyner was told that he needed to sign some very important documents and he needed to be filmed opening the box and "signing the papers".
Congratulations to Larry Poyner, Kentucky State Director, for being named the 2020 ISPS DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR.
