The Monterrey Slow-Pitch Open is a slow pitch softball tournament that will be held at the Parque Fundidora in Monterrey, Mexico. It will be the first ISPS event to ever take place in Monterrey and we're excited to bring international quality Slow-Pitch to the city!
The Monterrey Slow-Pitch Open will be regarded as one of the best organized tournaments on the circuit. This year's edition is expected to receive 400 players with teams coming from outside of Mexico. The winning team of this prestigious tournament can expect great team prizes and the opportunity to qualify for Nationals and Worlds.
Tournament structure and format:
The Monterrey Slow-Pitch Open will be a tournament event where teams compete in a thre game guaranteed format bracket. The team that is undefeated after two days of play will go straight to the final on Sunday. All other teams will continue to play in consolation games with the winner making it back into the championship bracket for their chance to double-dip the undefeated team for the championship!
The official ball of this year's tournament is the world famous ISPS 44/375 BLUE ROCK.
