Riviera Beach, Florida - ISPS is present at the Annual Community Event in Riviera Beach..  Hosted by the City of Riviera Beach and directed by ISPS Director Kenneth Payne.  ISPS was able to send ISPS Umpires to officiate the slow pitch portion of the event.
