TROPICAL - First ever COED/MIXED Slow Pitch Softball Team from Honduras

THE FIRST HONDUREAN COED / MIX SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL TEAM HAS BEEN FOUNDED

Tegucigalpa, Honduras - Today the first ever Hondurean CoED/Mix Slow Pitch Softball team, TROPICAL, took the field against 50+ Men's MASTER Teams in the 2021 ISPS HONDURAS MEN'S 50+ MASTERS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 

Team Tropical was created "so they (Hondurean Slow Pitch Community) can see that we can play CoED/Mixed" said ISPS HONDURAS NATIONAL DIRECTOR, Juan Carlos Andino.

Team Tropical consists of the following athletes:

"This is another huge leap for Hondurean Slow Pitch!  And it is just a testament to the outstanding work being done by the ISPS HONDURAS NATIONAL DIRECTOR and his directors and staff." said ISPS Commissioner Manuel T Ferrero III. 

 

Tropical will continue to play in Men's Divisions until a COED/MIXED Division is created in Honduras.
