Tormentas play in Mazatlan
The TORMENTAS women's slow pitch softball team from Obregon, Mexico is proud to announce their affiliation with International Slow Pitch Softball (ISPS). This new partnership will provide TORMENTAS with access to world-class competition, as well as education and resources that will help them grow as players and leaders in the community.
"This is an exciting day for ISPS Mexico," said ISPS Mexico National Director Luis Figueroa. "We are looking forward to watching TORMENTAS play and improving their team skills so that we can compete at the highest level."
TORMENTAS are excited to see what the future holds now that they are part of the ISPS family.
The affiliation with ISPS will give TORMENTAS players the chance to compete against the best in the world at the ISPS World Championships, as well as providing them with access to top-level competitions in Mexico and across the globe.
"We are committed to helping TORMENTAS reach their full potential as a team," said ISPS Commissioner Manuel T. Ferrero III. "We believe that they have the talent and drive to be one of the best slow pitch teams in the world, and we are excited to see them achieve that goal."
