Team Sonora Slow Pitch Ready to Compete in Puerto Vallarta

Team SONORA SLOW PITCH gears up to compete at the ISPS PUERTO VALLARTA NATIONAL SLOW PITCH CHAMPIONSHIPS this weekend in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

 

Team SONORA SLOW PITCH is one of the most dominant slow pitch softball teams in its division in all of Mexico. The team has won numerous championships and continues to impress on the field with a winning attitude and a hard-working mindset even when they are down.

 

This weekend, Team Sonora will compete against other teams as they fight to bring home another championship. With their depth and experience, SONORA should be considered one of the favorites to win the tournament.

Led by their Manager EFREN FIERROS the team is full of superstars. Including: PAZ ROHAN, MIRIAM GAXIOLA, YUBITZA ARAIZA, KATIA MURRIETA, BEATRIZ WILLIS, BRIZEYDA TOLANO, ESME GUTIERREZ, GLORIA GARCIA, NICOL VALDEZ, AZENETH ARIAS, YOSELIN ZALAZAR, YULENI CLARK & COACH JULIO VICK.

 

Efren Fierros, Manager of Team SONORA SLOW PITCH, addressed the team before their departure to Puerto Vallarta for the ISPS PUERTO VALLARTA NATIONAL SLOW PITCH CHAMPIONSHIPS. "Team," he began, "we are about to compete in one of the most important tournaments of the year. I am proud of each and every one of you. You have worked hard and deserve this opportunity."

 

He continued, "I ask that you stay focused and represent our team and state with pride. We are up against some tough competition, but I know that you can do it. Good luck, everyone!"

 

With that, the team will travel to Puerto Vallarta. They will arrive in Puerto Vallarta and will have a practice before their first game.

Games begin this Friday, April 29th
