LOS LOBOS had just won the championship in the Tegucigalpa Metropolitan League. This was a big accomplishment, as they were now the champions of the best slow pitch league in all of Tegucigalpa. Their players were proud and congratulated one another on a great season. They had worked hard and it had paid off.

In the playoffs, Los Lobos had to face some tough competition. But they battled through and made it to the championship game. In the end, they were victorious and won another championship. It was a great way to end the year and the team was very proud of their accomplishment.

A Tribute was also paid to Mr. Lombardo Padilla Vega, who has been recovering from a traffic accident and thanks to God, continues with us. The open category tournament bore his name and he was present to make the ceremonial first pitch of the finals and delivery of the champion trophy to the Lobos team where it was received by his son, the Lobos player Lombardo Padilla Jr.
