PEDRO "PERUCHO" CEPEDA STADIUM
CATAÑO, PUERTO RICO
— The Perucho Cepeda Stadium is a stadium located in Cataño, Puerto Rico. It is the home of the Gigantes de Carolina of the Puerto Rican Professional Baseball League. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 people and opened in 1962.
The stadium is named after Pedro Cepeda, who was nicknamed "Perucho". Cepeda was a slugger who played for the Gigantes from 1940 to 1955. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971.
The stadium underwent renovations in 2007, which added new locker rooms, offices, training facilities, and a museum honoring Cepeda.

The Perucho Cepeda Stadium will be the official venue of the 2022 Boricua Open Slow Pitch Championships. The tournament is scheduled to take place from May 20-22, 2022.
