Lourdes "Lula" Barrientos has been elected as the new president of the ASLH.

Barrientos is a long-time member of the ASLH, and has been involved in slow pitch in Honduras for many years. She has served as National Women's Director for ISPS Honduras for the past two years, and is excited to take on a new role of president.

Barrientos is a long-time member of the ASLH, and has been involved in slow pitch in Honduras for many years. She has served as National Women's Director for ISPS Honduras for the past two years, and is excited to take on a new role of president.

 

Under Barrientos' leadership, the ASLH and ISPS Honduras plans to focus on expanding slow pitch in Honduras. They will work to develop new programs and initiatives that will help grow the sport at all levels, from new recreational players to experienced athletes.

 

The ASLH also hopes to improve communication and cooperation with other slow pitch organizations in Latin America. This will help create a stronger community of slow pitch players and enthusiasts in the region. As well as attract larger international tournaments to Honduras.

 

Barrientos is looking forward to working with all members of the ASLH to make slow pitch a thriving sport in Honduras.

 

Barrientos will continue to work together with ISPS National Director Juan Carlos Andino as well as continue to serve as the Women's ISPS National Director.
