The Sharks Slow Pitch team has officially been crowned champions of the 2024 Summer Tournament, wrapping up a victorious season in the highly competitive Category "B" division. This incredible team, made up of some of the finest slow-pitch players, proved their strength and resilience throughout the tournament and have now earned their well-deserved championship title.

From clutch plays to remarkable teamwork, the Sharks rose to the top and celebrated their victory in style. Players such as Alejandra Donis, Alexander Reyes, Cons Monterroso, Milton Donis Mayorga, Daniel Tista, Quicke Tista, Melissa Donis, Sergio Moreno, and Jaime Andrades all contributed to this triumphant run, showcasing their skills and determination on the field.

ISPS Guatemala National Director Mariel Escobar, who organized and hosted the league, shared her pride in the Sharks’ success and the overall growth of slow-pitch softball in Guatemala. “This season has been filled with competitive games and incredible talent,” said Escobar. “I’m thrilled to see the Sharks come out on top, and I congratulate them on their championship victory.”

The 2024 Summer Tournament brought together some of the most talented teams in the region, but it was the Sharks who captured the title with their extraordinary performance.
