TIME-LIMIT RULE Revised by ISPS Officials

ISPS Officials met on Monday in Florida to discuss the TIME LIMIT RULE for ISPS Competition.  After much input and research on the rule, ISPS Officials decided to revise the rule to allow for better competition and fair play.

"We understand that the old rule may have been overlooked when we revised the rule book at the beginning of 2018.  It's a rule that rarely gets enforced anymore and is almost obsolete.  Let's let them play!"
